Mike and Cassady are great.

Ricardo Trevino is great! He went above and beyond. I left my garage door opener in my trade in and he even offered to go out of his way and drop it off to me. I will definitely keep coming back!

Because I travel for work, I usually do not have much free time to visit dealerships in person. They gave me a reasonable price on the vehicle I was interested in, and Jared found an interest rate that was better than the one my bank offered. Don followed up with a quick phone call, I placed a deposit, and the deal was done. Once the vehicle was ready, I went to the dealership and was in and out in just over an hour. Overall, Don, Jared, and the team made the process simple, responsive, and efficient. I would recommend Ken Ganley Buick GMC in Sandusky to anyone looking for a straightforward vehicle-buying experience.
